We have carefully measured our products to ensure they deliver the right amount you need for your skincare needs. However, we understand that some people may need to use more or less than the recommended amount in a given period and may end up with some excess product.
Don't worry, you can bring your delivery forward or Pause your subscription for up to three months.
1. Bring your next delivery forward by up to 29 days
Simply log into your Account (here), click on 'Your Bundle' in the menu and click the edit symbol next to the Bundle you want to change.
You will be shown your next delivery due date, and a calendar to select a new delivery date from. Note: this will bring your entire subscription forward, so future billing will change to that day of the month, and your next delivery of refills will be 8 weeks from the new date chosen.

2. How to Pause your next delivery
Simply log into your Account, click on 'Your Bundle' in the menu and select 'Pause' next to the subscription you wish to temporarily suspend.
You will be shown when your next delivery date that is due, and a drop-down menu with three restart dates to choose from (giving you the opportunity to Pause your subscription for up three months).
