After placing your order with Au Natural Skinfood, we will provide a Tracking Number/AWB within two business days via a shipment confirmation email. Follow the instructions/link on your delivery email to track your shipment. You can also find your current Tracking Number in your main Account page. Log in here.
Your main Account page will also let you know what the Status of your delivery is (e.g. pending, dispatched, in transit, out for delivery, delivered), though by clicking the link, you will be redirected to the postal company's web address which will provide you with specific details as to where your order is.
If your order is shown as delivered though you have not received your order, please contact us on email@example.com or for faster handling, contact the postal company directly, making sure you have your tracking number ready.
