If you're going away and need to get a refill before your next delivery you have two options:
1. Buy a Discovery Kit containing a 14-day supply of Essentials in convenient travel-sized aluminium bottles to see you through your trip
Simply log into your Account (here), click on 'Shop' and buy a Discovery Kit as a one-off product. Pay today and your order will be on its way. (Note: we dispatch on New Zealand business days so please allow sufficient time for delivery).
2. Bring your next delivery forward by up to 29 days

Simply log into your Account, click on 'Your Bundle' in the menu and click the edit symbol next to the subscription you want to change.
- Log into “My Account” at the top right-hand corner
- On the Left-hand side click “Your Bundles”
- On the right-hand side (green button) click “Edit” on the bundle you wish to update
- You will then see the below screen.
- Scroll down until you see - Bring Delivery Forward
- Select new delivery date from the drop down menu
- Then click “Request Bring Forward”
- You will then get the confirmation at the top of your page saying – “Your request has been sent successfully. We will be in touch within 1 business day”
- An email will be sent confirming this change.
You will be shown your next delivery due date and a calendar to select a new delivery date from. Note: this will bring your entire subscription forward, so future billing will change to that day of the month and your next delivery of refills will be 8 weeks from the new date chosen.
