If you receive your product/s and there is a fault, please send us an email as soon as possible with a photograph expressing the damage, and the team at Au Natural Skinfood can assess whether we can provide a replacement. This is completely to our discretion, however, we are very understanding and know first hand that mistakes can happen and that not everything is perfect!
If you receive an unwanted product and you request a refund, you will need to post the product back at your cost, and we will assess the product/s on arrival to ensure that it has not been tampered with or damaged and process a refund accordingly. Please note, that if the product has been opened or tampered with and we are unable to resell, a refund will not be available.
Refunds and credits can only be applied within 14 days of the arrival date, so please let us know as soon as possible if you are unhappy.
Please note: If you are returning orders that have been shipped to you or delivered, you will be responsible for the cost of delivery and returning of the items.
