Your delivery address is automatically stored on your online Account and your reoccurring deliveries will be sent to this address on your renewal date. You can change your address at any time before your next dispatch date.
1. Simply log in onto to your Account (here), click on 'My Account' and click on "Addresses".
2. You can then choose to edit your Billing and/or Shipping addressed. By changing one address it will not alter the other. E.g. If you alter your billing address it will not change the shipping address, and vice versa.
Please note: this will update your address for all future deliveries.
For one-off purchases, you will be asked to add a delivery address for each product in your order. This can be a different address, or you can choose the same address as your subscription, if applicable.
Please note, if your physical address has changed, by changing your delivery address, it does not change your billing information. If you are wishing to alter your billing address you will need to change this on your account.
